After installing Ms Guru I get a message stating it may not have installed correctly, what do I do?
Ensure you have all Microsoft Office products closed and run the installer again. This will solve the problem 99% of the time, otherwise contact us.
A job number is displayed as invalid, even though it is not!
This typically happens when Ms Guru cannot find her way to the correct folder for that job. Check the folder exists and hasn't been mis-typed or moved.
